Der Kondensator muss unter Vakuum betrieben werden \u2013 das senkt die Kondensationstemperatur und steigert den Wirkungsgrad der Turbine erheblich.<\/p><p><strong>Vakuumsystem:<\/strong> Dampfstrahlpumpen oder Fl\u00fcssigkeitsring-Vakuumpumpen halten den Kondensatordruck bei 30\u2013100 mbar. Der Betriebsleiter hat sich beschwert: \u201cWir liegen schon seit 2 Jahren leicht unter den Sollwerten im Wirkungsgrad. K\u00f6nnen wir nichts machen?\u201d<\/p><p>Wir haben zun\u00e4chst alles Offensichtliche gemacht: Turbine gecheckt, Hei\u00dfdampftemperaturen analysiert, Vorw\u00e4rmsystem gepr\u00fcft. Alles normal.<\/p><p>Dann haben wir uns den Kondensator angeschaut. Kondensatordruck: 68 mbar absolut. Der Sollwert f\u00fcr diese Anlage: 55 mbar.<\/p><p>13 mbar Differenz. Das klingt wenig. Aber jeder Ingenieur, der mit Rankine-Prozessen zu tun hat, wei\u00df: Jedes mbar Kondensatordruck entspricht bei diesem Anlagentyp ca. 0,1 % Wirkungsgrad. 13 mbar = 1,3 % Wirkungsgradverlust bei 600 MW.<\/p><p>1,3 % von 600 MW = 7,8 MW Mindererzeugung. Jede Stunde. 24 Stunden t\u00e4glich.<\/p><p>Bei einem Strompreis von 60 \u20ac\/MWh: 7,8 MW \u00d7 24 h \u00d7 365 Tage \u00d7 60 \u20ac\/MWh = <strong>4,1 Millionen Euro im Jahr.<\/strong><\/p><p>Ursache: Kleines Leck am Kondensator-Flansch. Luft saugte sich ins Vakuumsystem. Die Vakuumpumpen schafften es nicht mehr, das Betriebsvakuum zu halten.<\/p><p>Reparatur: 3.500 Euro in Arbeitszeit und Material. Dann eine Dichtigkeitspr\u00fcfung des gesamten Vakuumsystems (noch einmal 1.200 Euro).<\/p><p>Ergebnis: Kondensatordruck zur\u00fcck auf 54 mbar. Wirkungsgrad normalisiert.
