Betriebsdruck: 3\u20135 bar. Die ausf\u00fchrliche Antwort erkl\u00e4re ich gerne.<\/p><p>Das Hochofengebl\u00e4se bringt Luft auf 3\u20135 bar und liefert dabei 200.000 m\u00b3\/h oder mehr. Die Luft enth\u00e4lt das, was die Umgebungsluft enth\u00e4lt \u2013 Staub, Feuchtigkeit, normale Umweltverschmutzung. Das ist f\u00fcr den Hochofen egal, der interessiert sich nicht f\u00fcr \u00d6lnebel oder Staub.<\/p><p>Aber eure Messinstru\u00admente sind das genaue Gegenteil. Pneumatische Differenzdruck-Transmitter, Regelventile, Positionsgeber \u2013 die haben D\u00fcsen mit Durchmessern von 0,2\u20130,5 mm. Ein einziges Staubkorn, ein Kondensat-Tropfen, und diese Instrumente verstopfen oder versagen.<\/p><p>In einem Stahlwerk, das ich betreut habe, hatten sie das getan: ein Abzweig vom Hochofengebl\u00e4se f\u00fcr die Instrumentenluft. Ergebnis: Innerhalb von 6 Monaten hatten sie 18 Ausf\u00e4lle bei Prozessventilen. Ursache immer die Gleiche: Verstopfte Positionsgeber-D\u00fcsen.<\/p><p>Die L\u00f6sung war ein separates Instrumentenluft-System. Investition: ca. 40.000 Euro.
