Ein normaler \u00f6lgeschmierter Schraubenkompressor \u2013 das ist das Ger\u00e4t, das ihr in 90 % aller Werkst\u00e4tten findet \u2013 schmiert seinen Verdichtungsraum mit \u00d6l. Dieses \u00d6l verhindert metallischen Verschlei\u00df, k\u00fchlt und dichtet gleichzeitig. Ohne \u00d6l w\u00fcrde der Rotor innerhalb von Minuten fressen.<\/p><p>Das Problem: Auch die modernsten <a href=\"https:\/\/druckluft-verzeichnis.de\/en\/blog\/der-kompressor-oelabscheider-im-detail-aufbau-und-funktionsweise\/\">\u00d6labscheider<\/a> und Aktivkohlefilter k\u00f6nnen das \u00d6l nicht zu 100 % aus der Druckluft entfernen. Bei normaler Werkzeugluft ist das irrelevant \u2013 ein paar Milligramm \u00d6l pro Kubikmeter schadeten einem Schlagschrauber nicht. Bei Atemluft k\u00f6nnen diese Mengen aber Atemwege reizen, CO-Vergiftungen beg\u00fcnstigen (wenn \u00d6l anf\u00e4ngt zu verbrennen und CO entsteht) und bei hei\u00dflaufenden Hochdrucksystemen zu Knallgasgemischen f\u00fchren.<\/p><p>F\u00fcr Atemluft gibt es nur eine L\u00f6sung: \u00f6lfreie Verdichter. Kolbenkompressoren mit PTFE-beschichteten Kolbenringen, die ohne \u00d6l im Verdichtungsraum auskommen. Oder <a href=\"https:\/\/druckluft-verzeichnis.de\/en\/branchenloesungen\/medizin\/\">Scroll-Kompressoren<\/a>. Oder \u00f6lfreie <a href=\"https:\/\/druckluft-verzeichnis.de\/en\/blog\/schraubenverdichter-im-vergleich\/\">Schraubenverdichter<\/a>.<\/p><p>Und dann noch das: Die Atemluft muss analysiert werden. Nicht nur beim ersten Mal. Immer wieder. Weil sich die Zusammensetzung der Ansaugluft \u00e4ndert, weil Abgase von Fahrzeugen in die Ansaug\u00f6ffnung gelangen k\u00f6nnen, weil Filter altern.<\/p><p>Im Aerospace- und Milit\u00e4rbereich ist das alles geregelt: DIN EN 12021 f\u00fcr Atemger\u00e4te, ISO 7396-1 f\u00fcr medizinische Gase, und eine Reihe milit\u00e4rischer Normen. Wer das ernst nimmt \u2013 und das muss man \u2013, der kommt um regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Laboranalysen nicht herum.<\/p><p>Ein letzter Gedanke: Ich habe in meiner Karriere zwei F\u00e4lle erlebt, wo Atemluft aus ungeeigneten Systemen zu Gesundheitssch\u00e4den gef\u00fchrt hat.
